Hosted in major international cities, each ceremony presents a new venue, a new set of technical challenges and an opportunity to create an exceptional arrival experience for the world’s leading athletes, celebrities and guests.

Our role spans creative development, technical design, production management and on-site delivery, bringing together specialist teams and local suppliers to ensure every element is executed to the highest standard.
