Creating a multifaceted immersive experience for the iconic designer’s exclusive event

We provided venue and site management and production support for the London instalment of this series of exclusive events focusing on bringing to life the designer’s history of beautiful creations for men.
The Challenge
Combining traditional fashion show elements such as a runaway with interactive exhibitions, culinary offerings and live music events elevates the experience, and, of course, the difficulty in logistics and technical implementation. The main challenge on this project was site and venue management: preparing them for the installation and to accommodate the ambitious creative vision.
The Solution
From CAD drawings and communicating with suppliers to making changes to the fabric of the site and venue, the complexity of the installation demanded constant supervision over a six-week installation timeline.
The Impact
The compelling, unique interactive event was a great success, characterising the whimsical spirit of Hermès and attracting highly positive coverage.
